You aren’t alone in how you are feeling, trust me we tend to think it’s only us and why am I feeling this way…
I’ve been there and learnt to dig myself out of some dark holes, and I’ve helped many people do the same.
Each month we will focus on a particular area:
Month 1- Self Awareness
Month 2- Confidence & Clarity
Month 3- Improving relationships
Month 4- Purpose & Passion
We meet online once a week for 60 mins starting 30th January.
All sessions are recorded and emailed out within 24 hours. So don’t worry if you can’t make one of them.
It will be powerful impactful and if you play full out potentially life changing. I’ll be drawing on the energy of the group, 8 years coaching experience and the massively magical experience that 2022 has delivered me.
I’m committed to helping people navigate change.
I keep it real and offer my real raw and vulnerable self and hope you will too.
We’ll have a private community group, a face to face meet up once a month.

Over the 4 months we will cover:
A change in positive habits and routines that will keep you grounded and help you show up even when motivation has flown out the window.
A better focus on your mindset, your body and building some decent consistent habits that will support you over and over again.
I will hold you accountable, support you, motivate you and be ALL IN on you!
