Honestly feel the best I’ve felt in months. Just last week I would wake up feeling anxious and uncertain but the tasks have given me more claarity and purpose, thank you so much for that.

It’s been really good to get the brain matter on paper.  It’s one less thing to think about.  Being able to see it visually has been really good to help me break it all down!
